Testing the RACC

If you are installing RACC on a new host, you should run the System Configuration Check to ensure that the host meets the minimum requirements to launch VPN sessions. Then enable polling on the homepage and ensure that the system is polling properly by viewing two consecutive success messages in the log (remember this may take up to six minutes). Finally, contact the HDS Global Support Center to initiate a connection to your new RACC host.
