                  Packet Driver for FTP PC/TCP Installation

The packet driver programs above let you run FTP's PC/TCP with the DE-230
Series Ethernet Card. Two methods can be used:

METHOD 1:

If you use the DE230.SYS program, the following statement must
be included in your CONFIG.SYS file:

     DEVICE = DE230.SYS [/option] <packet_int_no>

This statement may be placed anywhere in the CONFIG.SYS file.

METHOD 2:

If you use the DE230.COM program, follow the procedure below:

1. Execute the DE230.COM as follows:

     >DE230 [/option] <packet_int_no>

2. Execute the ETHDRV.EXE and IDRIVE.EXE device driver program (provided 
   by FTP).

You are now ready to use FTP's PC/TCP.
