1. Read and save working Data from radio- Global tuner software
2. Run EU Lab Upgrade
3. Watch tanapa mainboard hardware number, If you have "A" please open codeplug for GM360 with "A" If have "B" or "C" find same codeplug for GM360 in flash lab folder. ( for GM360 model number is :
MDM25RHF9AN5AE UHF and MDM25KHF9AN5AE for VHF).
4. When you find and open codeplug , open Flash file.
5. Press Write codeplug to radio (check "keep serial number")
6. When codeplug be write power off radio, switch flash adapter ( Flash mode on )
7. Run radio in flash mode ( display be blank without flashlight )
8. Press Write flash to radio.
9. Power off radio when write flash file be finish.
10. Power on radio, and press Program Region in flash lab "EMEA" for gm360
11. Open Global Tuner and write TUNE data to radio.
