As the authorized representative of licensed company ("Licensee"), you can use Nokia Electronic Documentation (NED) to access Nokia documentation.
Nokia Electronic Documentation may be installed on Licensee's PCs and distributed in Licensee's internal company network. No separate licenses for users who are employees of the Licensee are needed, but the Nokia Electronic Documentation can be used by an unlimited number of users within the Licensee ("Corporate License").
The terms and conditions of the standard Nokia Software License Terms included in the contract for purchase of Nokia equipment and products between Nokia and Licensee apply to the use of Nokia Electronic Documentation and grant the Licensee the right to use Nokia Electronic Documentation.
In the absence of such existing contract or agreement on standard Nokia Software License Terms, the following shall govern all use by the Licensee of the Nokia Electronic Documentation. By accessing the Nokia Electronic Documentation, you, as the Licensee, agree to be bound by these terms:
Nokia grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the Nokia Electronic Documentation on Licensee's PCs.
The Licensee may print out and copy single documents contained in Nokia Electronic Documentation for internal use if reasonably required for the installation, operation or maintenance of the Nokia Product for which it was supplied.
The Licensee has no right to copy, distribute, sublicense, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble, adapt, transfer, assign, change or make derivative works of the Nokia Electronic Documentation except as allowed in this Agreement or otherwise in NED user instructions.
Copying or using the Nokia Electronic Documentation for any other purposes than expressly provided in this Agreement or otherwise in NED user instructions, as well as the copying of whole sets of Nokia Documentation in paper or in electronic format, is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by Nokia or under applicable law.
