1 Overview
This section provides an overview for the Storage Engine, No Available Master Replica for PLDB alarm.
1.1 Description
This alarm is raised when the Processing Layer Database (PLDB) does not have any available master replicas.
The alarm attributes are listed and explained in Table 1:

The possible causes of the alarm are as follows:
- Mastership change or planned master changes. In this case, the alarm must cease after some seconds
- Network problems.

2 Procedure
If the alarm is not cleared automatically in a short period of time, perform the following steps:
- Check the network connections.
- If the alarm does not cease, consult the next level of maintenance support. Further actions are outside the scope of this Operating Instruction.
