1   About This Document

1.1   Purpose

The purpose of this document is to give an overview of the Ericsson SNMP Agent (ESA) library content.

1.2   Target Group

This document is intended for all users of the ESA documentation library.

1.3   Prerequisites

2   Typographic Conventions

The following typographic conventions are used all through the documents in the ESA library.

Note:  
Please note that the representation of paths to directories and executables are generalized between platforms, where applicable. Hence, for example, the directory {esa basedir}/bin/ in Unix/Linux should be interpreted as {esa basedir}\bin\ in Windows. This is to minimize unnecessary text, and to emphasize similarities and differences.
