RTFTOHTML has been ported VMS.

RTFTOHTML converts RTF format (as output by many word processors, such as
Microsoft Word or Wordperfect, or by the CDA converter library) to HTML
format for use on a web server. RTFTOHTML was written by Chris Hector,
CJH@CRAY.COM.

This port has been tested on VMS/AXP 6.1 with DECC 4.1. It will probably
work with any VMS/DECC combination, but don't expect much if you try it
with VAX C.

The program is available now from:

  ftp://seqaxp.bio.caltech.edu/software/rtftohtml.zip

It should also appear soon on ftp.wku.edu.

Caveat emptor, no guarantees, whatsoever. If you find any VMS specific
bugs in the program report them to me, but send general bug reports to Chris
Hector.
