DOMAIN_SERVER:Domain_name:DS_Name:DS_Address:DS_port
              ^           ^       ^          ^
              |           |       |          +usually 53
              |           |       + server address
              |           + server name
              + domain the server handles

ie:

Domain_Server:.:ns.internic.net.:198.41.0.4:53

means, essentially, that  ns.internic.net at the given address and port
should know how to resolve everything. (ns used to be one of the
"official" top-level servers; i haven't done my periodic check to make
sure that it still is.) you should use something local to you as your main
nameserver.
