It was in a Digital Systems Journal article, so I'll have to check with the publisher before posting it anywhere. Just finished a new version that is V6.0 compatible - bit 21 of the SPTE moved over to bit 22, due to changes to support XVA and XPA (eXtended Virtual Architecture and eXtended Physical Architecture).
