I have found that the DISMAIL and DISNEWMAIL UAI$xxx values have been
switched in the current release of SCANUAF. (I checked my previous
version and beleive it has been wrong through out).

If you can recompile the fortran the "fix" is obvious.

I like SCANUAF very much and thank the author for writing and maintaining 
it. I'd write directly but don't have his current email address.
