 This program produces a report of unused accounts.
 
 Format:
 
        UNUSED date
 
 If date is a number, e.g. 180, a report of accounts
 unused in that many days will be produced.
 If date is in mm/dd/yy format, e.g. 3/4/85, a report
 of accounts unused since that date will be produced.
