You can put whatever information you want people to know about you. 6) The mail address you specify with option 6 will show up in the "From" field in electronic mail that you send out. This mail address will be used by your colleagues to get mail back to you. It is suggested that this not include the name of a computer since that will save you the trouble of informing everyone should you decide to read mail on a different computer in the future (eg: if this computer is replaced). You can choose one of three options: 1) logon@u.washington.edu 2) logon@host.u.washington.edu 3) logon@other.washington.edu where "host" is the name of this computer and "logon" is the logon name you've chosen. Mail sent to logon@u.washington.edu will be forwarded to the address specified by option '7'. If you choose to have your mail look like it came from another "department" with third format above, you should verify that mail sent to that address will be forwarded to a proper place. This setting can be changed at a later date by editing your .login file and changing the "FROM" environment variable. 7) All mail sent to logon@u.washington.edu will be forwarded to the address you specify with option '7'. Please be sure that this is a address you specify with option '7'. Please be sure that this is a valid electronic mail address and that no mailing loops will result. You can change this forwarding address at a later date with the "fmail" command. Q) The "Q" option is used to terminate the dialog without creating an account.
