6 Jan 87 Much has been added to the (now) Unisig library since the advent of Usenet groups such as 'mod.sources' and the cooperation of various Unisig members who have collected things on tape for me. The total collection is now about 25 megabytes. Items of interest include: emacs3.7i (micro-emacs) hack and larn (games) uumap (usenet locations & connections) gnuemacs (version 18.23) dec/cstyle.me (Martin Minow's C Style Sheet) A very useful small item is mpl/xtx. It lets you embed a single command line into its associated source file to relieve the strain on your own personal memory. A major contribution of i/o drivers and inter-operating system utilities came from Mark Bartelt, then at Cal Tech. I have added a few things that I found useful. The program 'ansitar' came from Usenet News. It seems to be not owned by anybody, as best I can tell. It does for ANSI standard tapes what 'tar(1)' does for TAR tapes, and seems to be very compatible with RT11 tapes, both reading and writing. The program 'xrf', a c cross-referencer, came from the DECUS C release. In the unix environment, it suffers from being developed for RT and RSX, since it does its own output paging rather than piping to 'pr'.
