This TECO program converts PASCAL keywords in the edit buffer to lowercase.
The program indicates when it has completed each set of PASCAL keywords which
start with the same letter of the alphabet. The first set of passes through the
buffer handle all standard PASCAL keywords. The second set of passes through
the buffer will handle the keywords used by VAX PASCAL.

    The v q-register text area has been saved on the q-register stack. If you
wish to terminate execution now, type

			 ]v<esc><esc>

    If you wish to convert standard PASCAL keywords to lowercase, type

			 mv<esc><esc>
