!	This macro finds and deletes the "#ifdef DEBUGGING" blocks in
  TECO-C source code.  To execute it using TECO-11,  say "mung deldbg fn"
  where fn is the file name of a TECOC source code file,  with the ".c".
  The macro will produce a file with the same name as the on provided on
  the command line,  but with the type changed to ".lis".
