This TECO program converts DCL keywords in the edit buffer to lowercase.
The program indicates when it has completed each set of DCL keywords which
start with the same letter of the alphabet.

    The v q-register text area has been saved on the q-register stack. If you
wish to terminate execution now, type

			 ]v<esc><esc>

    If you wish to convert standard DCL keywords to lowercase, type

			 mv<esc><esc>
