Fly-through question

The main response to my question of how to go about achieving
'fly-throughs' in medical data seems to be to use another package!!
(VoxelView) Does anyone else have any ideas how to achieve reasonable
results with minimal blur and alias. Appropriate lighting would seem to
be one way of providing meaningful images.
