problems with tesselation of hexasets

We're using Volumizer 1.1.

We tried to define some voutHexaSets that should be tesselated into
TetraSets using the method of voutHexaSet.
Using the sequence of vertex indices shown in figure 2.11 of the
Volumizer Programmer's Guide doesn't lead to a correct tesselation.

The correct result could be achieved by switching vertices 3 <-> 4 and
7 <-> 8 which is the same orientation as for Hexahedron Strips.

Is there an error in the documentation or in the tesselate method
or did we make some other mistakes?
