unofficial DIRECT X 5.0 release for Microsoft Windows NT 4.0          
 

 In order to install it, follow these steps :                            
   1/ copy all the DLLs & EXE into your %Systemroot%\system32 directory 
   2/ also copy DIRECTX.CPL into this same directory                    
   3/ look into DX5.REG and change C:\\ if it's not the right drive     
   4/ double-click on the file DX5.REG (or import with REGEDIT DX5.REG) 
   5/ now you can delete this directory                                 
                                                                        
 this little package lets you play games like TOMB RAIDER 2, LBA 2,..   
 under NT 4.0 (It'll hoppefuly be included into NT4 Service Pack 4 ...) 
                                                                        
 PS: if you already have installed the Service Pack 3 which contains the
     Direct X 3.0, then you don't need to run the REG file.             
     By the way, look at this directory with MS IE 4 active desktop and 
     then you will understand how to put an ICON on a folder ;-)
