Redistribution requirements for Windows NT Server, Terminal Server Edition 4.0 
Service Pack 5

All files listed in this redist.txt file below are deemed "Redistributable 
Code."

Microsoft grants you the right to redistribute the Redistributable Code provided 
you comply with the Distribution Requirements detailed below.

You may redistribute the following files separately, or together:

wtsi386.exe
wtsalpha.exe
sp5symi.exe
sp5syma.exe

You may also redistribute the following directory separately, or together with 
the above files:

\drvlib

The following Redistributable Code file is designated as a "Core File."  This 
file must accompany any distribution of any other Redistributable Code.

readme.txt

The Core File above must reside in the same directory as the Service Pack 
redistributable code on the compact disc.


DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft grants you the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, right and 
license to reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of the 
Redistributable Code either for use in conjunction with your computer hardware 
product or with your own software product, designed to operate in conjunction 
with Microsoft Windows NT Server, Terminal Server Edition 4.0, provided:  (a) 
each copy of the Redistributable Code is a true and complete copy; (b) you
require any installation of the Redistributable Code to be made by running the 
self-extracting executable file or files above; (c) you distribute the Core File 
with any individual or group of Redistributable Code you distribute; (d) you 
distribute your own software product containing the Redistributable Code on a 
CD-ROM and pursuant to an End-User License Agreement with terms no less 
protective than those contained in eula.txt.  Your End-User License Agreement 
may be "break-the-seal", "click wrap" or signed; (e) you include all copyright 
and trademark notices contained in the Redistributable Code; (f) you do not 
distribute the Redistributable Code for profit; (g) you do not modify the
Redistributable Code; and (h) you do not permit further redistribution of the 
Redistributable Code. 


You must verify that you are distributing the most recent version of the Service 
Pack.  Check our Internet website at 
http://support.microsoft.com/Support/NTServer/TSE/ServicePacks/Default.asp
for the latest Service Pack version.  If you find more recent versions 
of the Service Pack on the Microsoft Internet website, you may download such 
files for your own use; provided, however, you may not redistribute any such 
files without first obtaining them on a compact disc from Microsoft.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
Export of the Service Pack  from the United States is regulated by the Export 
Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730-744) of the U.S. Commerce 
Department, Bureau of Export Administration (BXA). You agree to comply with 
the EAR in the export or re-export of the Redistributable Code: (i) to any 
country to which the U.S. has embargoed or restricted the export of goods or 
services, which  include, but are not necessarily limited to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, 
Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia 
(including Serbia, but not Montenegro), or to any national of any such country, 
wherever located, who intends to transmit or transport the Redistributable 
Code back to such country; (ii) to any person or entity who you know 
or have reason to know will utilize the Redistributable Code or portion 
thereof in the design, development or production of nuclear, chemical or 
biological weapons; or (iii) to any person or entity who has been prohibited from 
participating in U.S. export transactions by any federal agency of the U.S.
