Hitachi Freedom Storage(tm) Thunder 9500V(tm) Series - Welcome Notes

The Hitachi Freedom Storage Thunder 9500V(tm) Series PDL is a Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME 
compatible autoplay CD.  Placing the CD in the CD drive and closing the tray 
should cause the HiSource Documentation Library to start.  If it fails to start 
you can run the STARTUP.EXE (in the root directory of the CD) from either the 
Windows Start Run function or via Windows Explorer.

To install HiSource, run the SETUP.EXE (in the install directory of the CD) from 
either the Windows Start Run function or via Windows Explorer.  Install Shield will 
require that a CD ID be entered prior to installation.  The CD ID is located on the
back of the CD case.

Installing HiSource allows users to register and obtain electronic updates.  The 
registration form can be accessed through HiSource's "Option" menu option.
