There are 2 binaries, (vc71 & vclh) - These pertain to the Visual C Runtime Libraries that are installed on the target machine.Generally, the vc71 binary should run on Windows Server 2003 and below. The vclh binary can be used on Windows Longhorn and Windows 7. If neither of the binares run, ensure that the latest Visual C Runtime libraries are installed.
